So if mom chooses to sleep in, it’s perfectly okay. Our brunch (served from noon – 3:30pm) and dinner (5:00pm – 8:00pm) will both feature five-star buffets, live music, a complimentary round of champagne for all of those over 21 and picturesque, nautical views of the sparkling Delaware River Waterfront and the most friendly, attentive staff in Philly. Children under 4 dine free on this special day and kids 5-12 have a special buffet area all their own! Self-parking at The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is discounted with restaurant validation. Have a large party? No worries. Our welcoming dinning areas are ideal for bigger celebrations.

Prepared with love for mom by Executive Chef, George Gilfesis, our brunch menu has something for everyone. From sweet to savory and from breakfast classics to heartier selections mom will smile! Standout items include a fresh raw bar, chef-attended omelets made-to-order, baked flounder stuffed with lump crab meat in a lemon-chive butter sauce and prime rib of beef, natural au jus, cheddar biscuits located at our chef’s carving station area. Mom have a sweet tooth? She’ll love our spring fruit cobblers and tower of cupcakes. We’ll also be offering assorted mini pastries, cannolis, cheesecakes, carrot cake and our popular ganache cake.

Our popular raw bar makes a second special appearance for a dinner mom will be talking about until next Mother’s Day. It features a bounty of ocean treasures such as Janos crab claws, spiced and poached shrimp, Prince Edward Island Green Lip Mussels and smoked Atlantic Salmon. Chilled selections include Antipasti of cured Italian meats, mozzarella, provolone, grilled vegetable, olives, and fresh baked Focaccia bread. Warm selections are not to missed. Expect braised short ribs, stuffed flounder, a create your own pasta area and a chef’s carving station. Desserts will dazzle at dinnertime too.

Loved by all generations, Spruce Street Harbor Park is set to open May 12th! It’s the perfect time to make a day of it down at beautiful Penn’s Landing.
